Folytatjuk tegnep indított új sorozatunkat ígéretünkhöz híven. Igyekszünk naponta egy-egy szituációt feldolgozni videóval, szószedettel. A feladatokat angolul fogod látni, de ott lesz a súgó a kétségbe esettek számára is.

A cél az, hogy ne pánikolj! Tanuld meg a szófordulatokat tőlünk, és használd sikerrel a szóbelin!

Task

You and your friend are going to a party, but you have trouble deciding what to wear. Pick up some items from your wardrobe, and discuss with your friend whether they are suitable or not for a party. In the end, reach an agreement.

It's brand new and trendy. Miért? Mi baj vele? Vadonat új és trendi.

Yes, but it's not an ideal wear for 

a party. Why don't you wear a dress instead? Igen, de nem a legmegfelelőbb öltözék egy partira. Miért nem veszel fel valami egyberészest?

But you know I hate dresses. I prefer T-shirts, sweaters, jeans, stuff like that. Tudod, hogy utálom aza egyberészeseket. jobban szeretem a farmert, pólót, pulcsit meg az ilyen cuccokat.

I hate to tell you this but you don't look feminine at all in your clothes. Nem szívesen mondom, de egyáltalán nem nézel ki nőiesen a ruháidban.

All right. I see your point.

 What's your suggestion? Rendben. Értem amit mondasz. Akkor mit javasolsz?

Let me see... How about this blue skirt? Lássuk csak... Mit szólsz ehhez a kék szoknyához?

I don't like it because it's too short. Nem tetszik, mert túl rövid.

So what? It's in fashion, you know. És akkor mi van? Ez a divat, tudod.

Besides, I have nothing to match with it: neither a top nor shoes. Azon kívül nincs semmim, ami passzol hozzá. Se egy felső, se egy cipő.

Now you're talking! How do you like these green leggings then? Ez értelmes beszéd! Mit szólsz ehhez a zöld cicanadrághoz?

Well' I'm in two minds about them. I haven't worn them yet. I don't like their colour. Nem tudok dönteni, még sosem hordtam. Nem tetszik a színe.

But they match perfectly with this tight white top. Why don't you give them a chance? After all the proof of the pudding is in the eating. De tökéletesen passzol ehhez a szűk fehér felsőhöz. Miért nem próbálod ki? Végül is, a puding próbája az evés.

All right I give in. You've convinced me. Rendben. Megadom magam. Meggyőztél.
